How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping costs vary depending on shipping destination and order quantity, the shipping cost starts at $3.99. However, as we also accept large quantity orders, we cannot offer a flat rate to all buyers. Our shipping rate will be automatically calculated and displayed in accordance with the weight of the goods ordered.

Which shipping service do you use?

Orders within the USA are mostly shipped with DHL. However, some of our goods are also stored in Amazon logistics centers and packed and shipped from there. Since shipping is organized by Amazon, different shipping services are used. Unfortunately, at the moment we can not offer delivery to PO boxes and packing stations.

Personalized orders are sent tracked mostly from our printing team in China with DHL Express.

Bulk orders are mainly shipped directly from our production facility using DHL Express.

Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment our online checkout only allows shipping to selected countries (USA & Mexico), however, if you would like an item to be sent outside North America please email us with the shipping destinations full address. If possible to ship we will give you a shipping quote.
We are currently unable to deliver goods to APO and FPO addresses.

How long do personalized products take?

The printing of our high visibility vests is mostly done by our printing team in China. In addition to the delivery time, we allow ourselves a processing time of 2-6 days.

Shipping within the USA: 10-14 business days.

Large orders: depending on individual arrangement.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us letting you know your goods are on their way. However, as our products are stored in multiple warehouses within the United States, delivery times may vary and can range between 3 and 14 working days depending on order size and customer location. It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third party fulfillment providers.


Can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us using the returns form below within 14 days of receipt of the goods. After that time, we regret we cannot accept return requests. Returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them. Personalized items are excluded from exchange unless they were delivered damaged or in defective condition.

Who pays for the return shipping?

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise discussed, and are non-refundable.

What is the return procedure?

1. Fill out this contact form to request a return.

2. We will acknowledge your return request and email simple return details for you to follow and the return address. Please do not send anything back to us prior to receiving our returns email.

3. Please package your item appropriately. We are unable to refund items that arrive damaged in transit that aren't packaged adequately.

4. Send your item to the address we will give you, within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return. We recommend you send your product by recorded delivery, and retain proof of postage just in case anything goes missing. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We are unable to refund your postage costs.

5. Once we have received your item we will contact you to let you know your return has been processed. Following this please allow 3-5 days for funds to appear in your account.
